Full Builds
Whether you need a full vehicle built from scratch or a project finishing off, we've got you covered. We are happy to take a look at your project, regardless of what stage it is at, go through it and suggest a path forward. Our stages' work/payment system is available for both.
Part Builds
As well as full bare metal builds, we also do part builds. Maybe you've started a project and need someone to finish it? Or as we've seen before, it's been somewhere else and not been finished or done to the correct standard? We're happy to help.
Sheet metal fabrication
It goes without saying that we pride ourselves on the ability to create shapes from sheet metal most would think impossible. With a large range of specialist equipment and years of experience, we can make pretty much any shape you require.
Component/part fitment
Do you have parts but don't have the knowledge, experience or space to fit them? or perhaps you're not sure which parts to get? Rest assured, here at MM we will do whatever we can to help get the parts installed and you on the road/track/desert again asap.
Full wiring loom and pdm instalation
As resellers of all AIM and Link equipment, we are happy to provide and fit all their products. Weather its looking after your currents electronics or spec'ing and installing a brand new system, we've got you covered. We don't build our own non-PDM looms but do have a trusted Auto loom making that we work with.
Race support and transport
Got a race vehicle but no one to help you at the track/event? Not a problem. We can help you set up, tune up, transportation and mechanical support, we'll even put the kettle on for when you've finished and need a cuppa.
Vehicle care and maintenance
We all love our cars/vehicles...probably too much lets face it and we all want to give them the best we can. We can help, whether you simply need somewhere for them to rest when you're not with them or you need them checking over before an event or maintaining throughout the season, MM are happy to help.
CNC plasma cutting
We are proud to announce that in the coming weeks we will have CNC plasma cutting facilities with a cutting bed of 800x950mm cutting up to 8mm thick material. We are able to do one off cuts or large batch orders and treat all customers the same. Please check in for more information.
Cerakote application
As part of our new workshop build, we have build a dedicated Cerakoting room and oven to work alongside our new blasting and powder coating. We offer a large range of Cerakote finishes, please check out their website at www.cerekote.co.uk.
Blasting and powder coating
After years of subcontracting our blasting and powder coating, we are now building a dedicated media blasting and powder coating building. We offer a huge range of colours and textures.
3D CAD design and FEA
We have full 2d and 3d cad facilities in house using the latest versions of both Solidworks and Autodesk inventor. Alongside the CAD, we also have large format FDM and SLA 3d printers in house as well as soft material laser cutter and engravers for rapid prototyping.
Chassis design and FEA
We offer full chassis design from front to back. Whether you need a full chassis or an exhaust bracket, our degree qualified automotive design and aerospace engineers, we will work with you to achieve a winning design. As part of this we also provide full FEA reports for your peace of mind.
3D scanning
Our 3d scanning facilities allow us to 3d scan items with an accuracy of 0.1mm and in full colour. This gives us the ability to check fitment, space confinements, design on, in or around objects as well recreating reference parts for CAD design modelling and assemblies.
Machining
We have a range of machining facilities in house and access to full CNC machining when needed. We are currently awaiting delivery of a CNC milling machine which we hope to have up and running in the next 8 weeks. With full CAD design facilities also in house, the capabilities are endless.
